World Weightlifting Championships 2018 was held from November 1 to 10, in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

The EMC solved the tasks of the Sports Presentation & Medal Ceremonies supervising and production.

Originally, the core task of the team was to make an analysis of preparation status and readiness of SPP provided by local staff, expert evaluation conducting in terms of its accordance with IWF requirements and prepare recommendation to executive management.

During analysis the EMC team disclosed a series of challenges, which needed to be solved in a very short time.

Given the importance of the tasks and the limited time for their implementation, EMC took on the responsibility of preparing and conducting the SPP complex.

The 24 Medal ceremonies were provided (including 1 additional + and 3 – Olympic
Ceremonies).
